Mini Turkey Meatloves
Muffin pan mini meatloves for kids of all ages. For dinner or divide and freeze in ziploc bags in smaller quantities. Thaw for snacks and use creative subsitutions to change up the flavors and seasonings …
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 small onion, grated (substitute onion flakes)
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs (substitute 1 slice sandwich bread and 1/4 cup milk)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or combo of oregano, garlic, thyme, basil)
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 9 -12 cups of a muffin tin with oil and set aside. (Can place silicon cupcake holders in a muffin pan and spray with oil)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, seasonings, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg. Mix thoroughly.
- Use a 1/3 cup measure to scoop the meat mixture out and put in prepared muffin tin.
- In a separate bow, stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and dijon mustard. Brush or spoon on top of each meatloaf muffin.
- Bake 20 -25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165F. Serve hot.
