Teapot Depot Chicken Salad
Served for many years at a little lunchtime place in Texas …even better made the day ahead
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 1 cup red seeless grapes, cut in half
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dillweed
- 1 teaspoon Marjarom
- 1 cup Mayo (or combo Mayo/Miracle Whip) to taste
- salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients. Better if made day ahead.
Serving ideas: Serve on lettuce leaves with crackers.
