Teapot Depot Chicken Salad

Served for many years at a little lunchtime place in Texas …even better made the day ahead

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked, diced chicken
  • 1 cup red seeless grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dillweed
  • 1 teaspoon Marjarom
  • 1 cup Mayo (or combo Mayo/Miracle Whip) to taste
  • salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients. Better if made day ahead.

Serving ideas: Serve on lettuce leaves with crackers.
