Make quick & creamy Polenta from purchased Polenta Log …

Ingredients

• 1 Polenta Log
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/3 cup shredded cheese

Directions

1. Cut Polenta into slices and halve and put in medium saucepan.
2. Add Chicken broth. Over medium to low heat, stir until polenta blended in broth.
3. Add shredded cheese.
4. serve as side to meat dishes.
