Microwave Scalloped Potatoes
Simple and easy and great with Microwave BBQ Meatloaf
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 10 oz can cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch, or diced small
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Combine milk and soup in 2 qt microwave proof baking dish
2. Add in potatoes and cheese and stir well.
3. Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.
4. Stir, re-cover and microwave additional 12 minutes.
Let sit covered for 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
Great with microwave BBQ meatloaf.
Prepare meatloaf while potatoes in microwave. When potatoes are done, potatoes will sit covered while meatloaf heating.
