Crock Pot Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup red wine or broth
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tblsp minced garlic about 3 cloves
  • 2 Tblsp dried minced onion or dried chopped onion or onion flakes
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the pork tenderloin in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Pour water, wine, and Worcestershire sauce into the slow cooker.
  3. Top the pork with minced garlic.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over pork.
  5. Cover slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
