Turkey Foil Dinner

Ingredients

1 can (12 ounces) turkey loaf
1 can (15 ounces) sweet potatoes, drained and sliced
1 can (11 ounces) niblet corn, drained (optional)
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions:

  1. Slice turkey into 4 slices and each slice into 4 pieces.
  2. Place 4 pieces in the center of a 12-inch square of heavy duty aluminum foil. Repeat with 3 more pieces of foil.
  3. Divide sweet potatoes, corn and cranberry sauce evenly between each square of foil.
  4. Fold foil into packets and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375o for 30 minutes. Serves 4.

Note: canned substitute deli turkey for the turkey loaf. Cut turkey into chunks and divide between each piece of foil.
