Simple Roasted Canned Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.5 oz) Can artichoke hearts drained
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Kosher salt & ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss artichokes with olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Season with salt & pepper and spread them in single layer.
  4. Roast on middle shelf of oven until nicely caramelized, 20 – 25 minutes.
  5. Serve alongside favorite cooked meat or sausage.
