Simple Roasted Canned Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients
- 1 (13.5 oz) Can artichoke hearts drained
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Kosher salt & ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the over to 400 degrees.
- Toss artichokes with olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Season with salt & pepper and spread them in single layer.
- Roast on middle shelf of oven until nicely caramelized, 20 – 25 minutes.
- Serve alongside favorite cooked meat or sausage.
