Simple Baked Pork Chops
Simple combination of Panko Breadcrumbs, Mayo and shredded Parmesan…. baked on greased parchment paper for easy clean-up. Half the recipe (or 2 large bone-in chops) makes dinner for two.
Ingredients:
- 6 pork chops
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp. roasted garlic seasoning or garlic powder or salt/pepper
- Vegetable oil or cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine mayonnaise and seasoning in a shallow dish. Combine Parmesan and panko in another shallow dish.
3. Coat each chop with mayonnaise mixture, then with panko mixture.
4. Place in a lightly greased baking dish, then mist with cooking spray or drizzle lightly with vegetable oil.
5. Bake, flip after 25 minutes, increase heat to 425°F and continue baking until golden brown and cooked through. (another 15 – 20 minutes)
