Egg substitutes when baking

Ingredients

1 tsp unflavored gelatin

3 tbsp cold water

2 tbsp + 1 tsp boiling water

Directions:

1.Before starting recipe for cookies, cake, etc., combine 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin with 3 tbsp. cold water and 2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. boiling water.

2. This mixture will substitute for 1 egg in a recipe.
