Glady’s Oatmeal Cookies

There are many ways to make Oatmeal Cookies…Here’s my aunt’s ingredients which uses…you guessed it….butter flavored shortening…love the crunch…

Ingredients

1 cup butter flavored shortening

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla flavor

2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

3 cups oatmeal

1 cup pecans

Bake @ 375 degrees for 12 – 14 minutes…
