Dijon Fish

Easy, Quick & Healthy Fish recipe…

Ingredients;

  • 1 (8 ounce) orange roughy
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 butter-flavored
  • cooking spray

 

Directions;

  1. Arrange fillet in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish
  2. coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine mustard-lemon juice-Worcestershire sauce,
  4. stirring well;
  5. spread mixture evenly over fillet.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over fish.
  7. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
  8. Cut fillet in half and
  9. serve immediately.
