Baked Chicken Breasts

Easy, Quick & Healthy Baked Chicken Breasts….

Ingredients;

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

  1. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  2. 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  3. 1 tsp olive oil
  4. 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  5. 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  6. 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley,
  7. 1/4 cup chicken broth
  8. 1 medium lemon

 

Directions

  1. Season chicken with sea salt-black pepper.
  2. Place in a small, shallow roasting pan
  3. drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice- rosemary-parsley.
  5. Pour broth around the chicken to coat the bottom of the pan.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
  7. Garnish with fresh lemon
