Peach Cobbler
Easy way to make a simple dessert, and a little Ice Cream only make it better.
Ingredients:
- 2 large cans peaches drained, and saved syrup/juices
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- ½ tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 11 glass baking dish.
- Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, cornstarch together. Add the milk a little at a time, to keep from lumping.
- Pour in baking dish. Gently spoon peaches on top.
- After you spoon the peaches on top, gently pour the syrup from cans on top. Judge if pour both cans or only one.
- Sprinkle on the cinnamon and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
