Campstyle Fried Rice
This makes an easy Fried Rice meal for 2 people.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup canned meat (chicken or ham)
- 2 tsp. oil
- ¼ cup dehydrated peas
- ¼ cup dehydrated carrots
- 1 Tbs. dehydrated onion
- ½ tsp. Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 tsp. soy sauce
- Cooked Rice (1 cup dry rice)
Directions
- Can prepare rice ahead of time, can be a room temperature.
- Add oil to skillet, heat, then add meat and saute.
- Add reconstituted veggies, rice, soy sauce and spices.
- Stir in rice, may add a little extra oil, to crisp rice.
