Campstyle Fried Rice

This makes an easy Fried Rice meal for 2 people.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canned meat (chicken or ham)
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • ¼ cup dehydrated peas
  • ¼ cup dehydrated carrots
  • 1 Tbs. dehydrated onion
  • ½ tsp. Chinese 5 Spice Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tsp. soy sauce
  • Cooked Rice (1 cup dry rice)

Directions

  1. Can prepare rice ahead of time, can be a room temperature.
  2. Add oil to skillet, heat, then add meat and saute.
  3. Add reconstituted veggies, rice, soy sauce and spices.
  4. Stir in rice, may add a little extra oil, to crisp rice.
