Sandra’s Icing in the Cake

This is my friend’s recipe for a Bundt Cake that bakes the icing in the cake.

This can be used with any flavor cake mix and frosting, the possibilities are unlimited!

Try a Lemon Cake Mix with Lemon frosting.

Ingredients:

• 1 Box Cake Mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 can frosting

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the frosting.
2. Add 3/4 of the frosting and fold into mix until blended.
3. Pour in greased Bundt pan.

Bake for 1 hour.   Mix 2 tsp milk with remaining frosting and drizzle over cake when cool.
