Sandra’s Apple Cake

Do you ever get handwritten recipes from friends to try, and then can’t find them? This is a good place to find them!

This one is almost easy enough to memorize, if I thought I could!

• 1   Spice Cake Mix
• 1   Can  Apple Pie Filling
• 1   Egg (beaten)
• 1/3 cup  Oil

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Coat Bundt Pan with non-stick spray.
3. Combine and mix all ingredients and pour in Bundt Pan.

Bake for 40 minutes.
