Butterfly Pork Chops with Lemon and Herbs
A light and refreshing Dinner for Two of lemon herbed Pork Chops is quick and simple to make.
Ingredients
- 2 Butterfly Pork Chops
- Dried Parsley
- Dried Rosemary
- Dried Thyme
- Ground Pepper
- 1 Lemon, halved
- Rub first side of pork chops with each of the herbs.
- Squeeze juice of half of lemon on work into chops.
- Turn over and repeat.
- Grill or Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, turning and cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Rest for 3 minutes before serving.
