Butterfly Pork Chops with Lemon and Herbs

A light and refreshing Dinner for Two of  lemon herbed Pork Chops  is quick and simple to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 Butterfly Pork Chops
  • Dried Parsley
  • Dried Rosemary
  • Dried Thyme
  • Ground Pepper
  • 1 Lemon, halved
  1. Rub first side of pork chops with each of the herbs.
  2. Squeeze juice of half of lemon on work into chops.
  3. Turn over and repeat.
  4. Grill or Broil for 8 to  10 minutes, turning and cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

Rest for 3 minutes before serving.

tips: I used my Breville Smart Oven.
