Remoulade Sauce
Classic Remoulade Sauce with any favorite fish or seafood appetizer, or meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mustard (Dijon is best)
- 1 Tbsp sweet paprika
- 1-2 teaspoons Cajun, Creole seasoning or Old Bay
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional, but that would be Tabasco of course)
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours minimum.
- Will keep for a week in refrigerator.
