Remoulade Sauce

Classic Remoulade Sauce with any favorite fish or seafood appetizer, or meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard (Dijon is best)
  • 1 Tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1-2 teaspoons Cajun, Creole seasoning or Old Bay
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional, but that would be Tabasco of course)
  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours minimum.
  3. Will keep for a week in refrigerator.
